My husband struggles with bi polar disorder, which he hasn’t been treating the last few years. Which is when his temper became a lot more evident. It’s hard to manage your own mental illness when you’re constantly trying to monitor your spouses. 😔

That is extremely difficult💔 I would say put your needs first and let your spouse deal with theirs... its draining to always have to be the strong one,, just stay true to your self. Maybe talk to someone about ways to you can encourage someone with bipolar. But, its sad... if a loved one doesnt want to help themselves its out of your control. Its a tough life to live.
