Stay grounded if you feel anxious, distressed, or feel panic !

1 Breath slowly,

2 Listen to the sounds around you.

3 Walk barefoot.

4 Wrap yourself in a blanket and feel it all around you.

5 Touch something with a interesting texture, or appealing texture.

6 Sniff something with a strong smell.

The key is to focus your mind on the sensations you are feeling right now !

I love to feel the warmth of a hot bath towel taken out of the

dryer and wrapped around my shoulders, neck and back.

When doing breathing meditation, I immediately feel my

shoulders relax as well as my mind.
