I am sorry today is not a good day for you. If you are in the UK then it will be over soon which is going to help. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.
had them a bit myself his morning woke up 7.45am supposed to leave for a meeting at 9.45 twice I walked up and down the stairs before I ended up staying in.important meeting as well.hopefully you feel better tomorrow.
I am having a bad day too. Just try to shake it off. Tomorrow is another day and another change to find happiness. 😉
