triggers for anxiety

Granted I been diagnosed for about a year now. I don't know all my triggers that set off my anxiety. Sometimes it just comes on for an attack without knowing it. Had one last night and then one again this morning. Had one Tuesday afternoon and lasted til Thursday mid day. The one on Tuesday I was in bed all day on Wednesday and had a tough time sleeping that night. I now feel like the attacks are affecting a friendship that i made here at the motel. Is this normal at the beginning

Hi...the question really may be, are the anxiety attacks affecting the new friendship or

is the friendship affecting your anxiety?? It's a step out of your comfort zone that

sometimes can bring on some insecurity. I hope this gets worked out where you can

feel more comfortable soon. We get no where, unless we try. :) xx
