Oh man I have those restless legs sometimes. It can be so frustrating. You are not alone and everyone will try their best to support you here. I am sorry that you are going through these things. I’ve been through them all.

You must be breathing through your mouth?

Do you snore? Ever been tested for Sleep Apnea?

Take a glass or bottle of water to bed with you. Get up and walk around for a while after drinking water.

No I am not having sleep apnea...I am just waking from last two days. Since couple of months I am having panic attacks. My heart n blood test are all normal.

Did you have a test for Sleep Apnea?

Did something happen a couple of days ago?

Did something trigger the panic attacks 2 months ago?

I'm a mouth breather which dries the mouth/tongue. Dr. said to get Biotene OTC. It does help to overcome the dryness.

The goal is to stop waking up startled and scared. Now I know the dry mouth is causing me to have problems sleeping because I can't breathe when the dryness takes over.

Still have decades long staying asleep problems.

Used CPAP for 3 yrs. Took off 94 lbs. Bye, bye CPAP

I am sorry to hear this and it is awful when the anxiousness is compounded by the lack of sleep. Is any of this new for you or have you been dealing with this for a while?

Not staying asleep has been a problem for decades.

Yes, CPAP for 3 yrs, took off 94 lbs and good bye CPAP. 3 sleep studies this decade.

Anxiety started 5 yrs ago when I thought I was having a heart attack. Anxiety has now reached the panic level.

At my original intake request, the HMO researched and it took 2 yrs. to hire a therapist who is experienced in using Hypnotherapy. I resist her pushing me out into the world when I'm now living with daily attacks. She resists my requests for Hypnosis.

I'm stuck! Read that the attacks, even those that go on and on like this past week, won't weaken the heart. I'm a senior + with other physical health issues too.

Tapping, breathing etc consumes my days. This site has given me the opportunity to reach out to hear what works for others. Considering individual differences of course.
