Here's a good tool that might help anxiety or depression sufferers.
Have a day or better few days, and do ANYTHING you want. Literally dedicate these days as your "mindless" days - you will act on all urges, get drunk, sleep or don't sleep, do sports, have night walks, swim naked, yell at random people, eat cakes etc.
Anything. Try to start your mindless days somewhere away from home, since body will love just sitting and watching youtube all day.
