STOP...Back away from GOOGLE!!!!!

One thing that I have noticed is, google will set your anxiety into a blazing ball of self destruction. It would be better to ask this community about symptoms before google. You would be amazed how many different symptoms people have in common from anxiety.

Perfect example- what is normally the example in the google search box???? Flu symptoms. Hello panic!

I agree,the Internet for researching things can be very anxiety-provoking. To be honest it puts me into a flat spin frequently and I find myself using it quite sparingly these days!xx
