You are entitled to how you feel, if you feel it isn't working for you anymore, regardless of who she may or may not be seeing on the side, you need to sit her down and explain that things aren't working for you the way you would like anymore Nd therefore this relationship needs to end. Explain that it's beyond fixing on your end and even apologise for letting it accumulate to a point where fixing it is no longer an option, but the end result is the same and the relationship is no longer viable for you. She can't argue with that, and no matter what she says it won't change anything for you. I'm so sorry you're going through this.
