Anyone have experience with Cymbalta? It’s been prescribed to me and I’m scared to take it? I’ve also read it can cause liver problems?

Did you talk to your doctor about the likelihood of that happening?

Yes, he said not an issue. I feel like they say that all the time about medicine when you ask about side effects.

Hi there, I will post my updates here so I don’t hijack the other thread.

I feel good on cymbalta, though coming off Zoloft, anything feels great.

I’ve been in cymbalta for 2 weeks and did blood work yesterday with no issues.

I’ve read where it can take up to 4 weeks to take affect. Think I’m on a mild dose-30mg.

So far no side affects!

Thank you. That’s the dose I was prescribed. Currently I’m on Effexor and I’m wondering if it’s worth the change. I am getting side effects from Effexor, dry eyes. Other then that it is pretty good but I wonder if Cymbalta would be better or if it’s the same. I also don’t want more side effects!
