🍿Got permanent job

🍿Been working on grounding techniques to calm myself

🍿I washed my hair (major yay)

🍿keeping pushing myself to do better every day

🌹Slept well last night and most nights lately

🌹made it to both of my group therapy classes this week

🌹looking forward to visiting my husband’s family at the end of the week (staying there for 12 days)

🌹my sis is visiting me shortly after

🌹then I’m going to visit her!

🌹my medication is keeping me calm and is working well so I can do some work in therapy

Thank you for this it’s so great to celebrate the small things

Imagines with my happy childhood play in front of my eyes. When time passed and I grew up I was more and more unhappy, with physical manifestation of depression and anxiety. Today I'm lost in this life, feeling that I missed my purpose somewhere in the road of life. Many of you said that we should concentrate on present not on past but the past is the one which define us and in present we have nothing to like, to love, to enjoy.

🐶 got lots of rest - hence the reason I’m wide awake right now!!

🐶 successfully wrote in my journal for 2 consecutive days.

🐶 scheduled appointments yesterday to completion for my eyebrows, my vehicles to be detailed and my dog to have an eval as an emotional support animal.

🐶 recognized that I need some sort of schedule for my days now that I’m home for a bit.

🐶 didn’t drink any pop and only smoked 2 cigarettes.

My 5 :

* my best friends

* birth of a local depression support group that will start today at 11 a.m.

*my younger brother and my sister-in-law

*I went to two music events this week despite anxiety over public functions

*writing part of a song on Monday

Um..having to think now

1. My friends

2. I am now a new OAP and can get my state pension at last (I don't half feel old though)

3. Had an amazing day with friends on Monday

4. I saw my sisters last weekend for a meal

5. I got my shopping done yesterday despite hardly having slept the night before.

1) my good fiends bday is tomorrow and I have her gift ready 2). I am taking vitamins and feel better. 3). Tomorrow is Friday 4) the weather is nicer it is May!!! 5). I still can do my walking..... no problem there.....

1. My kids, but sometimes they are little monsters! 🥰

2. First appointment with new therapist soon. She specializes in postpartum mood disorders.

3. My husband. He has been staying up late during my anxiety attacks.

4. We have a great babysitter! Don’t know anyone in town so, this is very important.

5. Had a massage this week. Soooo nice! 💆
