I had been doing well for a couple days but it seems like shits hit the fan a bit folks. Health anxiety. I’ve noticed my anxiety is especially present at night and when I go to bed I’m about to fall asleep and either one part or my whole body will twitch and I’ll be awake and my arms and hands will be numb. This happens in a constant cycle until I think my body just gets so exhausted it forces itself to sleep. It’s frustrating and annoying and I don’t know why it happens and it makes me feel unsafe sleeping. Also had a super bad migraine today but my excedrine migraine helped. Being on my period doesn’t help I suppose, because my hormones are all out of whack. But still. Anyone else have this? Ever?

Hi

I have certainly had hands fingers etc go numb at night when trying to get to sleep. This was during the time when my anxiety was bad. I know it is a common anxiety symptom so I did not worry about it and it disappeared as I recovered.

You will certainly be likely to get increased effects of anxiety during periods so that is also likely to be making you feel worse.

Hi! One tip I can give you is to eat some ice or something really cold... Cold is good to control anxiety...

Also taking a shower, it really relaxes you and it makes you return to present time.
