First time here...I am dealing with anxiety and I am overwhelmed. I don't know what to do, I need help

Okay first off...let's try and calm down shall we ? Let's go step by step ok.

First breathe in, making sure your stomach expands and you chest stays still. Hold it for 3 seconds and then exhale. Do this 5 times. Or until you feel a little calmer.

Then, type it out. Tell me what's wrong and what's overwhelming you. Chances are that it just seems bad right now because anxiety is making it a big deal but it's a solvable issue. We can move on from there. Try this much first.

First - know that your anxious feelings will pass! Trust me that they will pass and you won’t feel that way forever!

Would you mind what brought the anxious feelings on? Maybe I can offer some advice since I get anxiety as well! 💜
