Am I having very low energy due to pms or something else? I’m so tired. Don’t know why.

You are a new mom, Dolphin. You most likely are not getting enough sleep and won't for a while. You could try napping when your little one naps. Some of my early parenting I hardly remember because I was so out of it with sleeplessness.

Just know that others will not be surprised if you ask for some help because any mother remembers those early years. A sweet neighbor would likely stay at your place and play with baby while you get a full sleep cycle.
