Anyone from the GTA/Ontario?

Hey everyone, I've just started using this forum. Curious if there is anyone who lives in Ontario or the GTA? I live in a "small" town about an hours drive from Toronto.

Also, if you do live in the GTA, if you have any resources that could lead me to free group therapy, or other free mental health resources, that would be appreciated!

Hello it nice to have made your acquaintance. I've actually been up close near Canada. It's really nice. The groups on this site are really great and I would highly recommend looking around at some of the other groups that they have on here as well. I'm going to give you a follow and you can do the same.
