It’s just so difficult to let my guard down and just be happy and accept myself as being as awesome as the next person. So I am practicing trusting that the worst isn’t actually happening at least not to me not now... things in the now are good though it’s hard to stay though. I think it’s like a kid pulling away from the wall to swim, he is so afraid he will drown until he does it he lets go and then it’s a new world for him. Bigger.
