Another night of anxiety. Why when I'm so tired. Maybe my tachycardia is triggering the anxiety or Visa versa. Not sure what to do. Does anyone have tachycardia as well as anxiety?

I struggle with anxiety but not tachycardia.
I do have to take daily medication for hypertension though so I can relate a little.
Anxiety ups the blood pressure, blood pressure ups the anxiety.
