So how's everyone doing? Hope better than me. So my body has started to do something weird. My ears get hot for no reason and I feel emptiness in the middle of my chest. When I take a deep breath it feels like I'm having a hard time taking it in. But I know I am. I don't know l. Has anyone else felt this way???

I have never felt the ear sensation, but with my breathing & heart it’s like that all the time. A lot of the time I feel like I’m legit forcing myself to breathe & just exist. Eating is hard to, that’s what anxiety & depression does to us it tries to take us down bit by bit until it takes so much out of us to do simple things. My advice to you is to practice yoga & meditation now Ik everyone says that, but go on YouTube yoga with Adrian and she has yoga vids for everything even 5 min ones & ones for specific types of workers ones for pains. I have used her videos for a good 3years and it seriously helps me become more in tune with the world & relaxes me despite what I’m feeling. Also, planning out time for self care is vital to keeping a relaxed & appreciative feeling, even when ur the most stressed. I usually try to take a bath with candles &a a facemask It really helps i promise even if it sounds extra & it’s good for your skin. Also, take the time to write down things that relax you & make you feel alive in an acronym for breathe or you could do inhale the positive things or things that make you happy and exhale the negative like (I)cecream (N)ewborns (H)appiness(A)musement parks (L)ove (E)nergy
I think you should buy some flaxseed oil organic if possible as this sounds like it may be the start of asthma
Take 2 spoons of flaxseed oil a day to prevent asthma
