Rough day 😫

Hey everyone, I had a great day yesterday. I pushed through the "it doesn't matter if I clean offer not, no one going to see the mess" I did several things yesterday. Well, part of my vicious cycle is I have fibromyalgia, those that deal with chronic pain will understand "I took too many spoons from today, yesterday". Im in pain and muscle burn when I use them. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!

Hi ! I can relate to chronic pain ! I suffer from costochondritis ( pain on my ribs and breastbone ). Hope you feel better soon !

I'm familiar with that, I had it while I was pregnant. No way to rest so it can heal. How you have as low pain day!
