Lately I have been really anxious. I feel sometimes sick when I'm around other people. I also feel like everyone hates me. Even when I know deep down they don't, I still seem to convince myself that they do. I just need advice on how to be happier and reassurance that everything will be ok.

The encouraging part about what you said is that you know deep down others don't hate you. You are worthy and you are loved. Have you thought about speaking with someone about your thoughts? Have you thought about counseling, just to keep your thoughts above what they are now? I know sometimes I can feel really low and have issues about what people are thinking about me. I too sometimes have these same issues. Then I have to put my thoughts on paper about the good things about myself and go over them. This life is so hard sometimes. We often think about what we do not like about ourselves and we think others think the same, only to find out that they are thinking total opposite. You are worthy, you are loved. Your standards and values are what matters. Take time to think about all the good qualities you possess from the inside out. Have you tried working on your self talk? Whenever you have a negative thought about yourself or what you think other people think about you, then you can tell yourself stop or no.
