With anxiety and depression it is the trying part that keeps people stuck in the cycle.

You won’t get better until you stop trying to get better. Let yourself think and feel everything, willingly, and not do anything to try and stop yourself feeling anxious and depressed. It is the constant fight to think and feel differently that keeps people stuck in the cycle. Give up the fight and your mind and body will start to recover and for peace to return.
