That's hard to do sometimes when you look back at a history of bad decisions that have significantly impacted your life in a negative way on numerous occasions....at least that's been my experience....but I persevere because I've had my successes along the way that have lead me to take control of my well being......although it's been a battle, it's been worth the effort!!

We learn from all good and bad decisions, dont dwell on them move on. live in the now thats all there is.
