Health Anxiety and med side effects

So I’m mid 30s and suffered from anxiety for 6 yrs, in the last year I have suffered from severe health anxiety. I’ve convinced myself of having 5 different terminal illnesses including colon cancer, lung cancer, bone cancer and als. With I took small symptoms and made them into huge but real to me symptoms and eventually cleared by tests. I am now fearing throat/esophageal cancer, I’ve had some trouble swallowing for a little over 2 weeks, I look in the mirror and my uvula is swollen and red along with some swelling around it. I am able to swallow but with certain things I have to really focus and swallow a couple times to get it down. This coincides with being put on Cymbalta though, it is not a listed side effect but this has come on along with several other unpleasant side effects. So I’m stuck wondering if it’s a side effect, anxiety, or a real problem.

Don’t know how to get through this, anyone have advice?
