What is the difference between anxiety attacks and panic attacks? Sometimes I’m unsure what to classify them as. I read somewhere that panic attacks are random and more frequent? Not sure if I remember that correctly. I want to be able to tell them apart so I’ll figure out the best methods to combat them.

I think the term 'anxiety attack' is often used when we mean 'panic attack'. Panic attack means just that - Panic with a capital P. An attack of anxiety is a lower level of discomfort and usually lasts much longer.
