I go one better, I live in the moment, it is all anyone of us has, it helps to keep me happy and content. I do not worry and deal with problems when they occur, it is so freeing. A free person.......Sprinkle 1........ Hugs to everyone..ooo

I totally get what you are saying, and do try to do this, BUT! How do you plan? I mean there are things that need our attention even a day or 5 ahead! How do you plan ahead without what would be considered “worrying” ahead? Help, please!

Yes I plan ahead, today I had an appt. to see my eye Dr.This was made weeks ago, then yesterday, I checked the weather forecast, so I could decide what to wear, and what road conditions I'd have to deal with, also planned to go and get grocery's etc., afterwards, also a Subway Sandwich so I would not have to cook. The day went smoothly, my right eye had improved in vision, so now I need to decide on new glasses or whatever. So I put that on the back burner for now, as I do not have a 2nd insurance, til the beginning of 2019. I am older and have neither husband or children to take care of, but it is a job taking care of myself, so I plan my days out and have a backup plan if things do not go as planned. I also have two cats, and they need to be taken care of, buying, cat food, litter., etc., I plan my days carefully, and do not let difficulty's throw me, I just roll with it, this again comes with living in the moment, it is a wonderful way to live. I hope this makes sense to you. It can help you be at peace with yourself. I send you strength and love........Sprinkle 1........xx

I am an “organizer” too, but I do find I ruminate then about whether I have covered everything.
