Hello fellow anxiety sufferers! New to the site/app. I had my first panic attack that I can remember in 2nd grade. Didn’t ever tell anyone so wasn’t diagnosed until 25 years ago when I was 23. Anyway, actively in treatment for it and doing well now, but like the idea of online support. Thank you and peace 😌

Well I see a psychiatrist every 2 weeks, I take 50mg Prozac daily and use gabapentin as needed instead of benzos. The gabapentin is really great, I was reluctant to try it but it really works for me. I also meditate daily and read all I can about panic attacks etc.
