Forgetting if I did something or not

Lately I keep forgetting if I do things I had to do, like taking my meds, I sometimes have to count my pills to see if I took it, that's just one example. If it's not bad enough I have so many other things to deal with, this just makes it worse. I see 3 doctors and I'm always wondering if I wrote down the date to see each of them or if I wrote the wrong day or time down, my mind is so noisy it's tuff to think or concentrate anymore.

Prozac 40mg

SSRI does impact brain chemical components so you are getting brain fog due to that....

Did it happen since you took it if yes then there you go if not maybe there is alot on your plate

I believe it's just so much on my mind, did this on other meds as well, I mean it may be contributing to it but I think it's just all the problems and the added weight of having to remember so much is over whelming. Ty

If it does not make you feel any better then better off tapering it off... switch to another one if and only if you need to

I use a pillbox with a separate compartment for each day of the week. That way I can tell if I took my pills for the day.

I need to get one, at least this way I will know if I did take it.
