When I worry I think maybe I can figure out a way to make things go right and not miss something in future events that are potentially difficult or very important. Doesn’t that make sense? I’m all about planning and organizing but I’m trying to go with the flow more and let go of trying to control.

Let go, plan yes, but dont get stressed over the out come.

I agree Starrlight. I feel if I worry I have a handle on what’s going on in my life. But not true because I’ve been worrying my life away. It’s a hard habit to break. 🌸🌸🌸

Wow, as always you hit the nail on the head.

Just got out of the 🏊 and I feel great! Then I started thinking about my husband going to a meeting and what will I do if I become anxious.

Yup, getting anxious about getting anxious later if I have an anxiety attack!
