Hello everybody I haven't been on here in a while due to I have been doing some vigorous thinking about my life and where I need to be mentally and physically. So know I am about to start meditating which I feel is gonna help me mentally as well as physically. I'm also about to start Bushido and the way of the samurai and live my life as such. This is the path I feel that will benefit my life and help me fight my mental health issues as well as tune my body stronger and healthier. So I leave with this quote “As time passes and men age and deteriorate, set your pace to catch those ahead of you and start living healthy and you may fulfill your dreams of long servitude to your lord. When everyone excels it is hard to stand out, but as others start to decline it becomes much easier to achieve greatness.”

Good on you.

I did ju jitsu years ago, it was a great way to give me focus. Some things that you learn will help and carry you in your daily life. You will learn kata which you can use at home in your own time to help you stay focused and relaxed. It is a whole new world for you to become a part of.

You have made a great choice here and I hope it makes your life as good as you want it too.

I say, “go for it” personal improvement is always positive! Finding something that suits and invigorates you is monumental in my opinion! I believe you will be rewarded physically and mentally through your efforts. Thanks for sharing as you’re an inspiration!
