Partial hospitalization

Has anyone been in a partial hospitalization program? I found one mon-fri 9-3 then come home in evening. They need a two week commitment. Do these problems really help with psychiatric disorders.?

Yes. I did a 2 week program. Daily therapy and group. It really helped me. This was about 20 years ago and taught me ways to cope.
