So i havent been on here in a minute.... I finally got a pcp. she prescribed me zoloft. Im so scared of taking medication because what if it gets worse or I end up needing meds for the rest of my life. when this all started i was totally against medication. idk what to do now.

You don’t have to stay on it. You can always taper off. You don’t have to commit to any meds. It’s a try and see kinda thing. But it does take a few weeks to fully know.
