dizziness and headaches on citalopram?

Hi,

I've been taking citalopram 10mg daily for about 5 months. Had all the usual side effects at the beginning for a couple of weeks and then everything settled down. For the past month I've been experiencing extreme dizziness when I stand up that then leads on to a severe headache. I'm also exhausted all the time, even after a full nights sleep. I was wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar whilst on the medication? Not knowing is increasing my anxiety and it seems like forever until my GP can see me again.
