Let someone there know that you are having an anxiety attack. Take a few minutes to breath deep through your nose. Telling those around me seems to lessen the anxiety considerably. I hope you feel better soon.
I feel terrible for you and can relate. It could be hormonal. You need some good nutrition in you and b vitamins. Green tea has this calming property L-theanine, which is calming. Calcium-magnesium powder, which you add to water, is available at any drugstore, one brand name is Calm, but there are many. Get some greens in you with a nice big salad, that always helps me. Just stay away from pharmaceuticals and screens (phone, computer, tv, news) if possible. Get some girl time in. Talk it all out. Number one is self-care. Fresh air. B-12 liquid drops under the tongue. Stretches. Love. Friendship. Go to all these things for help. And we are always here for you too.
