I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder but there is no improvement with medications.
Has anyone felt like they cannot concentrate at all no matter how hard they try,feel like don't want to engage urself in task that require lot of thought and attention.
hi yes I get it- this can be super hard/ frustrating to deal with!! I have felt it!!😖 have you ever heard of or thought to look into Dr.Daniel Amens books or podcast?- Ive been listening to them see what info m/help I can get or tips I can learn and have read 1-2 of his books they are a great resource of info! he helps a lot with attention(add) issues and memory as well as depression -basically all brain issues!! I've found some of it useful/helpful so far but yes still have off days when I can't concentrate well and some tasks feel impossible!! I just try to take deep breaths and find something to help like a healthy snack, exercising sometimes just taking a break in general to destress for a min. find something that I can laugh at or a power nap even may be necessary?? just find some ideas that may help you!☺️
