Sat in the sun today.

What a miracle we have in the sky a ball of fire, giving warmth and light, and life. Day after day after day. Without it we would all Die! now thats a miracle, it has the ability to make us feel good when it shines, if we take notice.. So if all you do today is sit in the sun think about this miracle in the sky. And some people dont believe in miracles, we see one every day it rises. To help me with depression anxiety etc, these things i dwell on.

I have lived in warm sunny dry climates, and now here at home, it's cool, wet, rain clouds, and when the sun does peak out...it is really glorious....my flowers like it, and after this winter...I Really like it too.
