A hundred years ago when AOL had chat rooms, I frequented the “Recovery Link “. There were people there with all types of issues ranging from drug and alcohol addiction to depression. You name it, they were there.
There were people from all over the map, many of which I am still in contact with today. We formed very strong bonds on line, eventually met in person, and now I love ❤️ them like sisters.
I’m so glad I have found this group to share with and possibly be of help as well. This is a baby step for me to come out of isolation.
I live in Brooklyn, New York. I am wondering if there are any of you out there, close enough in proximity, that might be interested in meeting up. It would be in a public place and maybe grab some coffee.
