Well done. You smashed it x

in reply to ShellW18

Lol i destroyed it

So glad that you have gotten the victory! You will need to go for a 20 mile run each day if you keep eating that stuff. Spoken from a woman with experience. 🙂💕

Fantastic and well done. You know how to get yourself out of the house now so next time it won't be so traumatic. :) x

The more you do something the easier it gets. Especially when the reward is so good! :) x

I love your spirit! You should be proud! Just one comment - I have found that there are likely to be setbacks, even if things are going really well. Please don’t be hard on yourself if this happens. It will not diminish your progress, it can be a sign that there is something to work on. I have benefited greatly from an anxiety support group. Perhaps there is one in your area. The NAMI website can be a good place to start. Peace and blessings to you🙏😊

Congratulations!! You should be very proud of yourself!!
