Sore stiff muscles

Hi does anyone get sore stiff neck and shoulders and so on?? Sometimes I get so bad tension headaches from it I vomit ....

Any advice would help

Try some relaxation videos on YouTube. Anxiety and tension can show up anywhere in the body, so the key is to try and relax overall as much as you can.
