Does anyone do any journaling about anxiety?

you just get a pen and a journal and you just write, dont think just put down whatever is on your mind. It doesnt have to be pretty or sound good it just lets it out

Yes. I love it. You can read it and it will allow you to look at it from a different perspective. Give that person who wrote it advice like you would someone else. Or you can get it all out and close the book. You can also make a positive journal and write positive things each day or a proof journal of things you get anxious about and then beat to remind you later. It’s great.

I have journaled before- but them I like to write a bit. It was not a cure all, but it helped.

Journaling has helped me at times as well as drawing. Or more so doodling. I have a book full of doodles.
