Mood shifts

Yesterday I was having a good day overall and I was in such a good mood, I was in a positive place that I even bought the person behind me their Starbucks drink!. Today though, I had a hard time waking up and I've been in such a negative mood. I can't seem to pin point where my mood shift even came from :(

Oh that's such a coincidence!! I just came on here now to make a post about bad moods, and I saw your post! I was just going to ask pretty much the same thing-do you ever get into a bad mood and don't even know WHY? For the longest time, I used to think that you could always pinpoint what got you that way. Now it's like, I don't even know anymore. What I think it is is just a bunch of small stuff that doesn't even seem important, that put you in that mood. For example, maybe someone said something to you and you didn't quite like it, maybe you expected a certain reaction from someone, and got the opposite. Just little things. I think a bunch of small things add up to one REALLY BAD MOOD!

Hahaha it's funny how life works right! But yeah I think you are right about a lot of little things add up to one really bad mood lol I would say waking up and not having my good morning text from my bf started it all lol but it's just been a long day today, there have been a lot of little things happening today like getting peed on ( I work at a vet hospital lol). It's been happening a lot more now that I'm getting older and I'm bored lol

Hey don't worry-I get peed on everday! I have 4 dogs!! Lol But what does getting older and being bored have to do with the amount of times you get peed on??😅😅

Hahahaha I meant as I'm getting older I feel like I am bored more and have more mood swings lol a lot of people I know are married, have kids, traveling. It's just all so different now 😅 and 4 dogs! Yeah pee for you is probably the norm lol but 4 dogs is fun!

I have yet to meet a person who doesn't think I'm crazy for having 4 dogs. It's fun but a lot of work too.

:-) My son has a job as sort of a janitor at the vet hospital at the university he's attending. He works at the end of the day and usually is not the first person cleaning up after animals, but he says he thinks the humans are messier than the animals (especially in the restrooms!). Maybe he just likes most of the dogs he meets than most of the people he meets. :-)

Definitely working with animals is better than people 😅 I'm a vet tech, so the job just get exhausting. Specially having to lift big dogs everyday. And human restrooms are terrible! I've had to clean restrooms once or twice in my early high school jobs. Don't miss that!
