New meds..

.my GP put me on cymbalta and on a very low dose of kilotipin 0.5 mg . They said it can take 4 o 6 weeks for the cymbalta to work.I'm hoping it works. So far I feel like I'm on speed the nurse practitioner said that I have to give it time for my body to get used to the the meds.Now I have to wait and see.......

These medications are weird.

They slowly work on us and when they are actually working there is no real indication.

It’s like slowly heating the pot with the frog in it. The frog never feels the heat.

Incremental change is hard to detect.

All I feel is that I'm in one of the worst manic episode I have ever had. I'm used to being on a higher dose of kilotipin so the 0.5 mg don't work.The cymbalta i don't know if it works or not. The bad part is it says that I shouldn't take the cymbalta with my pain meds...
