I have heavy head , difficulty concentrating , distracted , thoughts going on in my mind always, headaches,pain behind eyes, forgetting whatever i read or learn .

Are these anxiety symptoms

It could be, have your gone to your doctor about your symptoms?

Yes,but no improvement ,sime say its anxiety and some say its depression ,but i don't feel depressed though i feel anxiety sometimes.Why are these symptoms linked to anxiety and moreover they are persistent

Hi, Nasty symptoms aren't they? I find I get them with both depression/anxiety and panic. I would do as fauxartist suggests - go see your Dr. ASAP. If your Dr. is not in this field, find help that is*. I am seeing a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (with 30 years background), she is sorting me out. Or go and see a psychiatrist who specializes in anxiety/dep/panic. Also read, read, read all quality material, on line, in the library. They can be. With pain I'd recommend seeing your doctor to rule out anything else first.
