Sick and soaked

Woke up dripping in sweat I throw the covers back to get some air and a wave of nausea hits me. I know they are symptoms of my stronger meds but for a minute I thought I was drowning. My husband lays next to me sound asleep not plagued by the same demons. I slowly breath trying to sleep while laying in my pool of regret and sweat. Here's to sleep I welcome you back at any time.

wow, that is really tough not getting a nights sleep, I'm sorry to hear your going through that. If your meds are doing that to you....what are you taking, that doesn't sound good.
