O my way to work and feeling better. Support through this group, human touch, and facing the music has relieved so much pressure. Not to say I didn’t wake up in anxiety (I do everyday) however, today was easy to cope with. I imagined all my fear and stress going down the drain when I took my shower. Listening to nature sounds help as well. I’m learning to appreciate small things and find gratitude in complicated situations. I thank you all for sharing your stories and advice. I have since deleted all other social media apps and I’m content being here for a few months growing with everyone else like me🤗
