with this nasty flu going around and literally killing my health anxiety is at an all time high plus theres other viruses and stomach bugs going around and its fuel for me anxiety. it sucks so bad, anyone else going through this?

Yes! I worry if i sneeze ... but then before the flu I was afraid of a heart atrack. Every little pain and sensation I go crazy thinking the worst.. so I'm there with you.

I woke up not feeling well this morning, and of course my first thought is I have the big, bad flu! I started to get all worked up about it, and then realized so what if I did get it - I'll feel like crap for a few days and it will go away. I had to look at the situation and not "castrophize" the whole thing. I still feel lousy, but I know it's not going to kill me.
