I wish I could start over. This thought comes every month and for a week I can be productive but then I turn into a loser and can't do anything right. I'm just not sure what to do anymore, hense why I'm here. This is new and maybe it might help. I don't know.

Whats it like when youre productive? What separates the good weeks from the bad one?

When I'm productive I actually make it to work on time, or actually to work at all. Good weeks consist of me being responsible and it makes me feel great. Then something happens and I don't want to leave my bed.

Hey! I totally get where you are coming from. I feel like a loser all the time! Especially because of the fact that I am alone most days, don't really have any friends or a social life. This website has helped me tremendously. Looks like you have a low self esteem. I personally come on here and it makes me feel so much better knowing that other people are going through the same things that I am. I feel so comfortable to express myself in ways that I can't in reality. Things that I have never even said out loud in my life, I have written in responses and posts. I hope this website can help you understand that there is a whole community here with members that support one another and display absolutely NO judgement. I encourage you to keep posting! It's incredibly therapeutic for me. I know I didn't really give you any sound advice, but only because I am still struggling to find my self confidence. Good Luck.

Thank you for that. I'm hoping that being able to talk on here will help me get stuff out of my head and start making some progress.

You have to be productive every day...i do not mean finacially productive...but to feel better just do something daily that makes you feel productive...that can be something as simple as writing a letter to a friend or even cleaning out your closet...donate something to a shelter these things seem ait to simplistic but fact is it helps...donate some time to making someone else feel good...and before you know it you will feel good

I think that's one thing I need is to be able to get on some sort of schedule or routine. Then I would think other things could fall into place around that.

Just get up and shower. Start the day off with an opportunity to be kind to yourself. Then if that’s all you accomplished it was something for you and not negative.

Each day try small victories and they will add up.
