I feel things are deteriorating quickly and I’m not sure what to do to cope!
I have had panic attacks before but never NEVER in public.
Waiting to pay for a loaf of bread and bananas in Morrisons panic took over and I couldn’t breathe it move or do anything. My hubby was in the car I had to ask someone to ring him to come in.
I went home slept and since my head feels like everything is happening around me I slow motion.

I get panic attacks in public all the time, so you're not alone in that regard. In fact, waiting in line at the grocery store is often challenging for me - something about having someone in line in front of me, and then someone coming in line behind me after I've put my items on the belt makes me instantly feel trapped. I've panicked in that situation countless times and lived to tell about it (honestly I've probably panicked at the grocery store at least 100 times, no joke). It's a terrible feeling, but you just have to remember that it isn't dangerous.
