Not sure what to write here other than recent experiences.

Had a 'struggle crisis' a few years ago, had counselling, followed a path, had a physical health crisis last year, which stopped that path, caused me to question so many things leaving me struggling even more, totally confused and without direction.

I now have identity and confidence issues amongst others, leading to anxiety, depression, and worse.

Has anyone else experienced similar and how did they cope ?
