I'm very I'll I've been dealing with panic attacks for so many years it's getting worse...I don't even want to leave the house. Just was diagnosed with gastroparesis..gastritis...and enlarged pancreas ducts I have a paralyzed stomach been so I'll and weak because I can eat anything. Just very little.
I don't know how to cope anymore
Hiya. I'm. Having similar problems. Infact scary how similar. Have posted a few times today. Are you in the liver group too? Sounds like you've taken the first but hardest step in getting help. Took me 3 weeks of pain and increased anxiety to seek medical help. Almost easier to worry about the problem than tackle it. Be good to yourself and set small achieve able goals and pat yrself on the back from time to time. Bless you. Mark
