Hi everyone. I am new to the group. I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety,panic, cptsd, and psychogenic non epileptic seizures disorder. I am going to therapy and a psychiatrist but I feel like here is noone to talk to. No support system. My husband is great but he can only do so much right. I hope to be able to get and give help. Btw I am not a Veteran, I am a victim of school bullying from start to end and domestic violence and also rape. Glad to meet you.

Welcome to the group. When I get on hear and read posts, I find it really helps just to know I'm not alone. We're all in this together. Having mental health issues is the biggest pain in the butt, and it's hard to find the right people to open up to. I hope you find help in this forum and it sounds like you are also here to offer help and support to others. That's awesome. I feel like there's a lot of young people on here who need an ear, and especially an ear of someone who gets what they're going through. I wish you the best.

Hello, glad you found this site. It has helped me. I had a really bad day yesterday, so today I am trying to make it better. Keep posting if there's anything in particular you would like to talk about.
