Greetings all, I'm a newbie at this social network anxiety/depression support group. I've been professionally diagnosed with both and PTSD. I can "seem" ok at the time and then out of the blues an episode; night tremors, night sweats, sleepless nights, racing mind/thoughts, and I can't seem to get organized, physically or mentally. Well, that's my intro!

You are not alone...please read the posts and maybe see that you can also help others,,, at this point hopefully Dr has helped some.... If you have a specific question please post... Try to find something good in your day...
